The HMS human resources department delivers professional, efficient practices which engage and motivate hotel teams.
The HMS health & safety department ensures compliance with all legislation across the portfolio and that safety standards are maintained. With a robust programme of auditing and reporting, the health & safety function ensures the safety of all guests across the portfolio reducing risk to owners.

The revenue team conducts regular property reviews, revenue audits and internal training of revenue professionals to drive commercial business into HMS properties ensuring RevPAR and RGI are maximised.
