The HMS sales department drives the sales culture across the business resulting in maximum revenue opportunities for all properties. Focusing on key accounts, leisure and M&E business, the HMS sales team leads and motivates the on-property sales teams.

The HMS human resources department delivers professional, efficient practices which engage and motivate hotel teams.
The HMS health & safety department ensures compliance with all legislation across the portfolio and that safety standards are maintained. With a robust programme of auditing and reporting, the health & safety function ensures the safety of all guests across the portfolio reducing risk to owners.
The HMS revenue department transforms property performance, outperforming competitors to be best in class in each market. The revenue team conducts regular property reviews, revenue audits and internal training of revenue professionals to drive commercial business into HMS properties ensuring RevPAR and RGI are maximised.
The HMS marketing function co-ordinates a range of services to help properties retain existing customers and reach new audiences, to generate demand in tough periods.
With regular revision and re-engineering of menu offerings, the team works closely with each property to assist in keeping concepts current and market appropriate. As well as providing a bespoke service per property. The food & beverage team runs a promotional calendar to drive spend throughout the year. The team undertake regular operational audits covering food quality, hygiene and service standards.
The HMS capital expenditure department co-ordinates all spend for hotels and owner groups, monitoring projects, delivery and spend. The team liaises with externally appointed project managers, designers and consultants on behalf of hotels and owners to track progress and spend on approved projects ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
